available for 3 years or more prior to starting their course.
Eligibility Condition:
You must be a first year student
enrolled on a MEng degree within the School of Mathematics, Computer Science
and Engineering at City University London
You must have achieved A-level
grades AAA or above or A*AB (including grade A or above in two science subjects
one of which must be Mathematics) or IB equivalent
You must be eligible for student
support and have been assessed by Student Finance England (a copy of the SFE
breakdown will be required)
Scholarship Description
The George
Daniels Undergraduate Scholarships are supported by The George Daniels
Educational Trust, established by Dr George Daniels CBE, a world-renowned
horologist and instrument maker and Past Master of the Worshipful Company of
Clockmakers, to honour the scientific legacy of Dr Daniels. He was an alumnus
of City University London.
There are 5
George Daniels Undergraduate Scholarships awarded each year. Each scholarship
is worth up to £9,000.00 per academic year subject to satisfactory completion
of each year of the course. The scholarship will be used to pay tuition fees.
