International Postgraduate
Research Scholarships (IPRS) are funded by the Australian Government and
awarded to postgraduate international candidates on the basis of academic merit
and research potential at The University of South Australia in Australia.

Research Scholarships (IPRS) is offered in any field, which are available in
the university
Numbers of Scholarships
Many awards are offered by
the Australian Government each year
Duration of Scholarships
The duration is 3 years,
with the possibility of six-month extension
Scholarships Details
Scholarship includes at
least $26,288 per annum for 3 years, with the possibility of six-month
extension
An IPRS will cover:
Tuition fees
Overseas Student Health
Cover (OSHC)
A stipend (living
allowance)
Not pay for travel expenses
A thesis allowance is
funded to cover the cost of printing and binding the thesis
Eligibility Criteria
For IPRS, applicants must
be:
Applicant must have
first-class Honors or equivalent degree
Must be enrolled on a
full-time basis as a candidate for a Masters by Research or PhD
Awardees shall be enrolled
as an internal candidate at the University of South Australia
Have English language
proficiency
